Why to conduct audits?
Audits are an important tool to ensure that the suppliers are able to deliver products in a good quality and in compliance to the requirements of laws, codes, standards and special customers requirements.
How do we conduct audits
Our audits will be conducted as combined audits. And there we have 3 parts.
First part is to follow the whole manufacturing processes starting from incoming inspection of raw materials and following all processes till packing and dispatch.
Second part is to evaluate that all processes are based and documented according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Third part is the audit according to the requirements of ISO 14001 and the implementation in the company.
Evaluation and documentation
The evaluation of the audit results is carried out according to our own developed evaluation process based of many years of experience.
A detailled documentation of the audit will be presented to our customer as a base for a discussion how to proceed with the supplier.
Scope of Supply
We conduct combined audits for:
- Suppliers for piping materials
- Pipes, tubes, fittings, flanges, manual valves, regulating valves, safety valves and special designed valves like decoking valves etc.
- Suppliers for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Suppliers for prefabricated spools for piping
- Suppliers for units like air coolers, refrigerating packages etc.
- Suppliers for steel construction
